WARRANTY
At Chillax Products Australia, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to provide exceptional customer satisfaction. We offer a 12-month warranty on all our products against faulty manufacturing or workmanship.
Warranty Coverage: Our warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. If you discover any such defects during this period, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion, free of charge.
Warranty Claim Procedure:
- Return to Place of Purchase: All warranty claims must be initiated by returning the product to the original place of purchase
- Proof of Purchase: Please retain your proof of purchase, as it will be required to validate your warranty claim
- Assessment: Once the product is returned, it will undergo a thorough assessment by our qualified technicians to determine if the issue is covered under warranty
- Repair or Replacement: If the defect is deemed to be covered under warranty, we will proceed with either repairing or replacing the product
Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Any modifications or attempted repairs by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty.
Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for organizing and covering the cost of freight for returning the product for warranty claims. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Australian Consumer Law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this warranty limits these rights.

Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all change of mind returns
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match our description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you. In these cases, no restocking fee applies and we will cover return shipping costs.
